This warranty policy applies to those cases where the new seller vehicle is unloaded from its shipping container, set-up and delivered by an authorized dealer (or its trucking carrier), and under use and service is found to have defects in parts or workmanship under the following terms and conditions: Vehicle must have been purchased from McDonough Power Sports.

1. The parts on the unit are covered for 90 days. McDonough Powersports will cover replacement or repair of parts that are found to be defective in material or workmanship. If deemed necessary, the defective part might be requested to be returned pre-paid to McDonough Power Sports for warranty inspection before final warranty decision will be made. Normal wear items such as chains, sprockets, clutches, torque converters, throttle and brake cables, brake pads, tires, fasteners and lights are not covered as they are subject to excessive wear and abuse. Also, turn signals on models that are equipped with them are not covered under any warranty.

2. The engine and engine related components are covered for 180 days (some products have longer warranties, check the details on the specific unit). McDonough Power Sports will cover replacement parts found to be defective in material or workmanship. The defective part must be returned pre-paid to McDonough Power Sports for warranty inspection before a final warranty decision will be made. Normal wear items such as filter, belt, spark plug, fluids and fasteners are not covered as they are subject to excessive wear and abuse.

This warranty does not apply to any part, which in opinion of the seller was defective because of improper maintenance, improper assembly, alterations, abuse, negligence, or accident. Should warranty service be required, please contact McDonough Power Sports. This warranty does not cover loss of use of the seller vehicle, loss of item, inconvenience, or other consequential damage which includes, but is not limited to, loss or damage to persons or property or any expense of returning any damaged units to the seller distributor or its authorized dealer. All warranties are voided if the vehicle has been altered for use in racing or competition, or rented. McDonough Power Sports reserves the right to make changes in this warranty without notice.
